Robyn Weiss
Robyn began her career in film and TV before moving into commercial production as an in-house art producer at Clinique, where she quickly mastered the scale and complexity of beauty production.
Since then, she’s worked across ad agencies, brands, production companies, and content studios serving clients such as Neutrogena, Revlon, Fenty, Pantene, Avon, La Mer, Marriott Bonvoy, and Pfizer— culminating in a unique understanding of stakeholder priorities across a variety of verticals, categories, and business models.
She’s passionate about making production not just seamless, but enjoyable. Known for her motto “Everybody eats,” Robyn ensures everyone on set—from photographer to PA—feels respected and supported. Her belief: if we’re going to work hard, we should enjoy the company along the way.
James Neiley
James began his career at 17 years old as a statewide and national activist for same-sex marriage. He has brought his commitment to advocacy and equality to everything he does. Following his career in politics, he continued to agency-side account relations roles, while sharpening his chops across creative and production for 360 degree campaigns.
Having worked with brands such as L’Oréal Paris, Jane Iredale, General Mills, Tabasco, Velveeta, E&J Gallo, and beyond, he’s adept at navigating labyrinthine multi-stakeholder approval structures.
James is a proud “hybrid creature” between accounts, creative, and production, with a keen eye for evaluating content fit for purpose. His true passion is getting to know what makes everyone feel supported while playing the best set playlists.
